Delivery costs are not included in the displayed prices, they are calculated before payment and shown to the user. Payment can be made via payment by general payment to a giro account, via virman and online payment by credit card.

General payment order or virman

If you want to pay by general money order or credit card, indicate that you want to pay in that way when making an online purchase at checkout. During your purchase, an offer will be created and sent to the e-mail address you entered. Make a payment according to that offer, after which you will receive an invoice.

Payment by credit cards

When shopping in the webshop, it is possible to pay with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners.
Payment is made through the online credit card authorization service. When paying by credit card, authorization is done automatically. The online authorization service provider guarantees online payment security. The user will be informed about the success of the transaction during online shopping. After the purchase, the user can continue shopping in the webshop.

Delivery date

The products will be sent within 5 working days to the customer's address.

Delivery costs

The cost of delivery is calculated before billing and is visible to the customer before the payment is concluded. The shipment will be delivered via the delivery service.

General business terms

User registration is done during the online shopping process, that is, when the user decides to buy a specific product.
The data collected by the user is collected expressly and only for the purpose of performing an online transaction.
Saperlot webshop guarantees users that the collected data will not be used for any purpose other than enabling online shopping via the Saperlot webshop web shop.
By purchasing, the user confirms the following:

• that he is fully aware of and accepts the Terms of Use of the Saperlot webshop service
• accuracy and completeness of the data specified in the form and expressly consents that Saperlot webshop may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, process personal data indicated in the form for the purposes of own records and provision of other services, notification of new products and services, and improvement of services. Saperlot webshop may provide the above data to third parties for the purpose of performing the Service, protecting the interests of users of Saperlot webshop services and preventing possible misuse.

Complaints and contract termination

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer can file a complaint. The buyer can return the product to the seller within 7 days to the address from which the product was sent. Within 14 days of receiving the complaint, the seller will replace the product or return the entire amount paid to the customer.

The sale of alcoholic beverages and other beverages containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.

Protection of personal data and card data

When making an online purchase, we protect the customer's personal data as well as card data. Credit card authorization itself takes place on the website of the provider WsPay, not on the page of the Saperlot webshop. Saperlot webshop undertakes to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that it collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations. It informs customers about how the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All Saperlot webshop employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council number 2016/679-Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
WSPay, as the executor of credit card authorization and billing, handles personal data in the capacity of processor and personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on data protection and data transfer.
WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.
Personal data that are used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. to fulfill obligations from the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization contract and billing.
WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the undertaking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
